Terms & Conditions

Reservation/Deposit/Refund/Cancellation Policy:

A valid credit or debit card will be needed to reserve your event. A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time of event. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event. If final payment is not received 24 hours prior to your event, On The Fly Game Truck reserves the right to cancel your event. If you need to reschedule prior to final payment being received, we will make an attempt to reschedule your event to another date based on availability. Once final payment is received no refunds will be issued; however, once again we will be glad to make an attempt to reschedule your event based on availability. On The Fly Game Truck reserves the right to adjust reservation times in advance to accommodate for sufficient arrival time to your event.
